Life is very confusing right now for many of us, if you feel you may need help to explore issues that are causing you pain or anxiety, I can offer a space to discuss openly and honestly anything that maybe causing you to feel uncomfortable, confused, angry, lost, lonely or sad.

 

Using Person Centred therapy means you are at the centre of the session, it is for you to bring whatever it is that you want to discuss and for me to offer a warm, empathic and non judgemental environment with the aim of helping you to understand yourself and problems with more clarity.

I am a qualified Person-centred counsellor who strongly believes we all need time to talk, in a safe and confidential place.  I am a member of the BACP which is the governing body ensuring good practice.
